Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original purchase.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
